- Plan to go slow. Most people tend to quit mostly due to strain, pain, stress or just plain burnout. So basically what you have to do is to take one step at a time and make sure that you won’t go too hard. Be aware at all times that losing weight is a process that requires a certain amount of time and that you can’t expect results over night.
